Going fractional series: AI at work. Rethinking the value of your experience

A recording from Juan Salas-Romer and Katie Barnes live video

Hello folks!

With AI making the cost of Knowledge, Execution and Coordination collapse, we are all going through an aggressive shift in the way we conduct business and see ourselves within our roles. These changes bring about opportunities as well as challenges that require a new lens from which we operate. To discuss what we are seeing, its impact and how people are taking action, @Katie Barnes and I invited John Brewton of Operating with John Brewton to this live. John Brewton, a friend of mine and a Harvard-trained economist and seasoned operator who writes about business operations, economic history, and AI-driven transformation.

John’s thesis is that companies are becoming tech stacks and that we are all companies.

Artificial Intelligence isn’t just making businesses a little more efficient. It’s completely changing how companies are built and how work gets done.

Instead of people being paid just to complete tasks, the real value now comes from solving unclear problems, making smart decisions, and reducing uncertainty in a fast-changing world.

Thank you Michael Wallace, Kate Peabody, Des Kennedy, EL, Karen C-Collector of Books 📖, and many others for tuning into my live video with John Brewton and Katie Barnes! Join me for my next live video in the app.
