Brilliant piece, Juan this strikes right at the heart of what separates good operators from truly resilient ones. I particularly like the framing of antifragility as a system that learns by doing, not just surviving stress. It’s a mindset shift so many leadership teams need but few actually practise. I’m curious - when you work with founders, what’s usually the hardest part for them to unlearn: over-control or over-confidence in prediction?
