Good point Peter. Judgement without the deeper knowledge is inviting unnecessary risk. Now, do you see the CEO needing this, or someone who oversees this? Like a CEO will know what to ask the CFO, but the CFO will take care of the depth in the company’s finances.

Yes! We are in the midst of a major transformation. It’s hard to grasp what would the new organization be like. It’s the fastest creative destruction humanity has ever seen
Another great collection! I wonder if all the prompts from this series should be published together as an ebook or JSON file…🤔
Hmmm. 🤔
The 'Compression' thesis is brilliant, Juan.
The idea that decision cycles and cost structures are collapsing is exactly right—leverage has never been cheaper.
But I'd offer a counterpoint to the 'Vibe Coding' advice. I believe we are entering a danger zone of 'Black Box Liability.'
If the unit of competition is pure 'Judgment,' that judgment must be based on a deep understanding of the underlying system.
If a CEO 'vibe codes' a product they can't read or fix, they aren't a decision-maker; they are a passenger.
The winners won't just be those with good taste/judgment, but those who can 'Code Review' the AI's output.
The constraint isn't just knowing what to build, but knowing enough to verify that the AI actually built it correctly.

The idea that AI shifts competition from execution to judgment feels exactly right.

Thank you Juan for getting me on this! Always cool to share a prompt with others, hopefully people will find it useful!
Thank you for making this edition more insightful and useful to my readers

Thank you Szilvia for your collaboration.
This edition highlights a pivotal shift: in an AI-saturated economy, speed, judgment, and adaptability now outweigh scale, hierarchy, or sheer output.

I see how many leaders begin the week already reacting.
Having a simple rhythm like this gives permission to pause without falling behind.
This blueprint supports each voice in a different way:
Nurturers might settle when people and wellbeing are named first.
Guardians might feel steadier with clear priorities and order.
Creatives might value space to think before committing.
Connectors might engage when direction is shared.
Pioneers might move with confidence once the heading is clear.
Holding all five early reduces friction later in the week.
It feels like setting the rudder before leaving the harbour.
The journey still has waves, but the direction is chosen.
When execution gets cheap, judgment becomes the work.
