Why I Built This
I built this because I kept hitting the same wall.
I’d scale a business, hit $2M, then $5M, and suddenly I was working 80 hours a week making decisions I shouldn’t be making. I’d hire people and things would get worse before they got better. I’d deploy capital, build teams, launch products — and each time I’d think: there has to be a better way to do this.
There was. But nobody was teaching it.
Most advice for founder-operators is either “here’s how to build a tech startup” (not relevant) or “here’s how to become an AI expert” (not the bottleneck). What I needed, what I see every founder-operator needing is: How do I build a business that runs on systems instead of me? How do I use AI to automate the stuff that’s choking my growth, not just to sound smart?
I built Build to Thrive to answer that. To show founder-operators that leverage doesn’t come from working harder or knowing more about AI. It comes from building the right operating system, then letting AI amplify it.
Everything I share here is something I’ve actually done, broken, fixed, and rebuilt. Not theory. Practice.
