I often think of a struggling team like a tired rowing crew, all pulling hard but slightly out of rhythm.

It’s not the effort that’s missing, it’s the shared rhythm that gives strength back to everyone.

From a 5 Voices angle, the moment things wobble, each voice slips into its instinctive pattern.

Nurturers feel the emotional drag, Guardians tighten the frame, Creatives question the direction, Connectors try to keep spirits high, and Pioneers push forward hoping speed will save the day.

Real transformation happens when each voice is heard again, not just the loudest or quickest.

Thanks James. This is a great humanistic angle. I work with companies needing alignment in terms of directions, goals and execution.

Great story! They didn't just fix a hotel; they identified an underserved market (extended-stay) and repositioned the entire property to dominate it.

I'm not in property although I'm in investor in Mews and Triptease in the hospitality space. But I loved reader this as an investor and how you think about the niche the hotel served. Thanks for sharing Juan - really enjoyable

Thank you Chris. I thought you would appreciate it. I listened to part of your live with Mike. Didn’t know about Mews and Triptease, what a great story. Makes a lot of sense. We used Opera and for my Airbnb operation pricelabs and guesty.

these are some great properties, it's our market if staying in a place for a while, although you have to be careful. New Haven is a terrific place for that sort of thing.

Enjoyed this article and am looking for more articles about dynamic real estate defined as making traditional single family housing more of a profitable, productive center rather than the house poor situation most homeowners face, esp. in difficult economic times
