Well-curated collection of insights, Juan...

The idea of centralizing the prompts, tools, and trends around a single theme like "Smarter Execution" is a powerful approach.

Solid! Thanks for putting it together. If this is the curated version, I wonder the original version where you brain-dumped. :)

Reading this felt like standing at a workbench before starting the week, tools laid out, everything ready for steady progress rather than frantic effort.

It sets a tone of calm momentum.

Through the lens of the 5 Voices, a rhythm like this speaks differently to each leader.

Nurturers appreciate the grounding in people.

Guardians welcome the structure.

Creatives enjoy the space to reflect.

Connectors find energy in the shared journey.

Pioneers see a clear pathway to move forward.

When a team honours each voice at the start of the week, the whole group benefits from a sharper rhythm and smoother decisions.

Beautifully described James. Thank you so much!

we're all about prioritization but yes, when you think about it, depending on team size, that can certainly cause some conflict, has to be done though, taking the politics out of it with the tech might be the answer
